Preparation
- Do not eat for 2–3 hours before the test
- Water is allowed
- Exclude thyroid hormones and iodine-containing medications (in consultation with a doctor) 72 hours prior
- Exclude steroid hormones 48 hours prior
- Avoid physical and emotional stress
- Do not smoke 3 hours before the test
Important information
Inform your doctor about taking antibiotics, hormonal, and other medications. If there are complaints, the examination may be carried out on any day as recommended by a specialist.
