Preparation
- Blood test in the morning (08:00–11:00), strictly on an empty stomach (12–14 hours)
- Water is allowed
- Avoid fatty and heavy foods the day before
- Avoid stress and physical activity
- For children — blood test 1.5–2 hours after feeding
- Testing during menstruation is not recommended
- If taking medications — consultation with a doctor is required
