Preparation
- Strictly on an empty stomach (12 hours fasting)
- Avoid fatty, fried foods and alcohol 24 hours before
- Exclude medications affecting lipid metabolism (in consultation with a doctor)
- Avoid coffee, tea, juices, smoking, and physical activity 2 hours before
Important information
If there are complaints, the examination may be carried out on any day without preparation, but you must inform the doctor about chronic conditions and any medications you are taking.
